This CD was sent to Borders Books as a promotional tool. It was not for sale. I acquired it while working at Borders Books in Boston in 1998. It went with me to Portland, Oregon, and then was stored in an attic in Somers, Connecticut when I moved to Norfolk, Connecticut. After retrieving it in the Fall of 2012 I'm currently living with it in Brooklyn.
