Olfactory: L’OCCITANE | |||
Narrative: L’OCCITANE Perfume; Loccitane factory in Provence, France. L’OCCITANE This bottle of perfume was given to me as a gift. It was purchased in a Duty Free market in Dubai. I've brought it with me from apartment to apartment. It is currently with me in Brooklyn. The glass was made by melting together several minerals at very high temperatures. Silica in the form of sand is the main ingredient and this is combined with soda ash and limestone and melted in a furnace at temperatures of 1700°C. The liquid makeup is difficult to determine.
